1. Delivery of digital cards (METRO CARDS)

All digital cards sold on our website are instantly downloadable and also delivered exclusively by email to the address provided during checkout. No physical products will be shipped. 

2. Delivery timeframe

Most digital cards are delivered instantly or within a few minutes of a confirmed order. However, depending on order volume and payment verification, delivery may take up to 24 hours. 

3. Order and payment confirmation

• After you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email.
• Once payment is successfully processed and the order is verified, the digital card delivery is automatically initiated.
• You will receive a second email containing the digital card details.

As our digital cards are instantly delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds on these purchases. In rare cases of technical errors, please contact customer support for assistance.
